Review
Tracy and Hepburn team up for the third time in this charming romantic comedy, in which a Washington DC widow agrees to a marriage of convenience with her scientist lodger, in order to keep away the gossips. No prizes for guessing, naturally, what happens, but getting there is so much fun that the plot's predictability barely matters after a while. Ball provides hilarious support as a smart-mouthed estate agent, while the leads inevitably sparkle.
